On behalf of our client, we collaborated with the Village of Volo to approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) variance in order to fit two buildings on one land parcel.  The daycare building is a wooden framed, masonry structure, while the Sportsplex building is a steel and precast concrete structure. The buildings were built simultaneously, saving the client important time and money.
