Quincy worked in collaboration with Slick + Design USA to create an old-school Italian restaurant with carousel motifs. This space serves as a kitchen to Chef Fabio Viviani, voted “fan favorite” on Top Chef! This project encompassed demolition of old interior furnishing to replace it with all new ambient lighting, freshly finished wood floors, immersive wall coverings, and a custom bar.
