Our client, Ethos Training Systems, purchased 3 individual buildings adjacent to each other. We connected all three into one facility offering group training, private training, and treatment/wellness services. This 10,500 SF  structure was completely gutted and re-built, with new mechanical equipment, new roofing system, additional exterior windows and doors, and exterior painting. The final product is one of the most premier fitness facilities in the City of Chicago.
