This new project is a ground up design/build development on a vacant 2.2 acre land site. The project also required a zoning change to allow truck/trailer repair and outdoor parking. Upon completion this site will consist of a 7,350 SF precast building (2,880 SF of office and 4,470 SF of truck repair) with 1.5 acres of outdoor trailer parking.
Grayslake, Illinois
Unfortunately, the Grayslake Dog n Suds sustained major damage in a recent fire. We have been tasked with completely gutting the restaurant and rebuilding it – all in time for their re-opening this summer! The work includes roofing, carpentry, glazing, painting, and plumbing, along with a few finishes.

St. Charles, Illinois
Our client loved the work that we did on their recently completed new addition so much that they are having us back to renovate their existing workspace to match. We will remove the existing drainage systems and install new ones, refinish floors, paint walls and ceilings, and make other repairs and updates to brighten up the space. We are also upgrading the staff washrooms and adding a locker room with custom framing.
